Ramon is always helpful and courteous. He reminds me of maintenance needed and takes care of current repairs quickly and efficiently. He even knows my name when I walk in! He has great customer service!
Power steering went out in 2013 ATS. Received a recall letter regarding this issue and how it will be fixed. Dealership said they will fix it, but they have not. They called me and told me my car was ready. I got in my car and noticed I still have no power steering. I still can not drive my car. I am looking to get rid of the car and will not buy a Cadillac again.
My service representative, Gina and the entire check in process service is outstanding. However, on multiple occasions that I have had my vehicle in for servicing the quality control that I expect from Cadillac is lacking. Whether its rotating my tires but failing to ensure that all four tires have their valve caps, or replacing an unbroken part instead of the broken one it always seems to be something with quality control or lack thereof. My recent experience was to replace the front passenger window solenoid. It was my error to expect it was done right rather than inspect that it was right so of course when I check the window it doesn't go down ALL the way rather it stops just shy. Again, quality control and lack thereof will cause me to drive back to the dealership to fix a problem that should have been fixed right the first time.
