My service writer was ok, got the job done. I did find that when he got my insurance card from my car he just pulled out packages of cutlery from the glove compartment and left them stern in the console. Not a huge issue but he should have replaced them.
Didn’t have a part in stock they gave me a loaner. But I thought the car would be washed when I picked it up and it was not. Maybe Cadillac does not do that. This is my first Cadillac. I’ve always had BMWs

I had a great experience here at David Taylor. I have a 2013 ATS whose rear differential I suspected had gone bad. First David Taylor did not charge me anything for a diagnosis while other Cadillac Dealerships were charging up to $170.00. Next of all my warranty had run out about 5000 miles prior to my issue. After speaking with GM Customer Service and David Taylor's service dept. they were able to help me out by getting my car repaired at a very reasonable price. Thank you for being understanding and providing such great service.
It is great to hear that our staff at Sterling McCall Cadillac was able to provide you with a great experience! We really appreciate this feedback and we will share it with them. Thank you and if you have any questions about the work that was done please feel free to contact us.
Paid in full for work to be done. Parts needed to be ordered and was told that i would contact when they came in. Never received notification that parts were in therefore, because of my schedule repairs have yet to be made. Had i been contacted when parts were received then repairs would have been made and i would still be riding around without a passanger side mirror.
The service advisor were more concerned about quotas and commissions ,my vehicle was there for several days before responding to my call. It took an entire week for a transmission flush. This is a systematic problem within GM family from the salesman to the service department ,I prefer to drive an Escalade ESV however after the experience in New car sales ,we just walked away(they approach ed like we were idiots)We have decided to drive Lincoln Navigator.
All around great experience!! So surprised about the service and professionalism of the team. I would look at buying another Cadillac if my same sale person was still with the dealership! Very happy all around
